The Central Otago Area Offce seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated and
suitably experienced person to fll the role of Ranger Historic/Visitor Assets.
This role is for a fxed term from 15 January 2013 until 28 June 2013.
The person will assist the Programme Manager in planning and implementing
the historic and visitor work programme. The successful applicant will
undertake maintenance work on historic and visitor assets within the Central

PUBLIC NOTICE OF OPERATIVE PLAN CHANGES TO
THE CENTRAL OTAGO DISTRICT PLAN
Pursuant to clause 20(1) of the First Schedule to the Resource Management
Act 1991 public notice is hereby given that Plan Changes 6A-6C, 7 and 9 to the
Central Otago District Plan will become operative on 20 November 2012.
Plan Changes 6A-6C apply the Residential Resource Area,
the Residential Resource Area (3) and the Heritage Precinct notation to
particular areas of land at Naseby; Plan Change
7 applies a new Residential Resource Area (13) and Scheduled Activity 127
notation to land at Pisa Moorings, being a residential settlement adjacent
to Lake Dunstan north of Lowburn; and Plan Change 9 applies the Business
Resource Area to land that has frontage to Moa Street and Kenmare Street that
is adjacent to the Alexandra New World property in Alexandra. Amendments
are also made to rules and other provisions of the Central Otago District Plan
by Plan Changes 6A-6C, 7 and 9.
