is a high number of cars being parked in some areas, often for extended
periods of time, leading to problems with visibility and access to properties.
Council has developed three options for parking management in the area and
we're now asking for your feedback.You can view the options and download a
feedback form at www.qldc.govt.nz.
Council staff will be out and about in Frankton on Wednesday 15 May,
Thursday 16 May and Saturday 18 May canvassing opinion.They'll be able to
tell you more about the options and take your feedback. Check the website
for times and look out for the blue QLDC truck.
Park Street parking
Angle parking on the west side of Park Street will be unavailable from
Monday 20 May to Thursday 23 May in order for resurfacing of the footpath to
take place. The area affected runs from Coronation Drive to the entrance of
the Queenstown Gardens.

Draft Arrowtown -- Lake Hayes Reserve
The Council invites submissions on a draft reserve management plan that has
been prepared for all the Council administered reserves in Arrowtown includ-
ing Mill Creek and Lake Hayes.
A public drop-in session to outline the plan will be held at the Arrowtown
Community Rooms, 10 Centennial Ave, Arrowtown on Thursday 23 May at
7pm. A copy of the draft management plan can be downloaded from Council's
website and can be viewed at Council service centres and libraries. Written
submissions must be received no later than Friday 19 July 2013. A guide to
making submissions is also available on the Council's website.

How do I make a further submission?
A further submission can only support or oppose matters raised in
original submissions and must not raise new matters. You can only
make a further submission if you represent a relevant aspect of the public
interest (e.g. a community association or environmental organisation) or
if you have an interest in the Plan Change that is greater than the general
public (e.g. the Plan Change affects your property rights).

The Council will hold a public hearing to assess the Plan Change and

Wakatipu Wilding Conifer Control Group
The AGM of the Wakatipu Wilding Conifer Control Group will take place

Crown Range Road users are being advised to leave a little earlier with
short delays likely due to stabilisation work.
Improvements are being made to the stability of the land at four sites
between Eastbourne Road and the Cardrona Hotel with the road
